Dutch process dark cocoa powder

baking soda

sugar
⅓
cup
oil
any neutral oil, like peanut

cup
water

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
white vinegar
food colouring
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Sift together flour, cocoa and baking soda.
Whisk in sugar.
Combine oil, water, vanilla and white vinegar.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Slowly add drops of black food colouring until desired shade.
Pour into lined cupcake tray, makes 12.
