Sweet and Crunchy Chick Peas
These sweet chick peas are crunchy and satisfying for a study snack!

chick peas
canned or cooked from dried but must be fully cooked
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
cinnamon
¼
tsp
cloves
¼
tsp
allspice
3
tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Pour chick peas into a mixing bowl.
1½ cups chick peas
Whisk spices, add to chick peas and mix to coat.
½ tsp salt,
½ tsp cinnamon,
¼ tsp cloves,
¼ tsp allspice
Add maple syrup and mix to evenly coat all chick peas.
3 tbsp maple syrup
Pour chick peas onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
Check on your chick peas after 15 minutes in the oven, as the maple syrup may burn.
